Position:               Marketing Coordinator
Reports to:           Sr. Director, Marketing and Partner Development

 Zinwave is a global provider of reliable in-building wireless coverage solutions with offices in UK, USA and Asia. Zinwave has the only true wideband active Distributed Antenna System (DAS) on the market, covering all frequencies between 150MHz and 2700MHz. We provide a highly cost-effective multi-service, multi-carrier solution over a single hardware infrastructure that can be quickly and efficiently deployed and easily scaled for future service additions. Installations to date include those in the healthcare, government, high rises, corporate campuses and universities. Specialties include Active wideband distributed antenna systems, Active DAS, In-building wireless technology, and Indoor antenna systems.

 The Marketing Coordinator will market Zinwave products and services by developing and implementing digital and tradeshow marketing and advertising campaigns which include the use of marketing automation, tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, planning meetings and tradeshows, maintaining databases, and preparing reports accordingly.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns; prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; plan and organize promotional presentations; update marketing and editorial calendars to help ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop, edit, schedule and organize the creation of website, landing page, email, blog content and other content assets using HubSpot
  • Manage all aspects of trade show attendance and exhibits
  • Establish tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
  • Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and make recommendations to Marketing Director accordingly
  • Analyze conversion points and optimize user funnels and workflows
  • Work with the marketing team to deliver content that meets campaign specifications
  • Assist in crafting clear marketing copy and the production and editing of content and copy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create Zinwave landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Coordinate all aspects and planning of meetings, tradeshows, and webinars, including identifying, assembling, and coordinating event requirements, establishing and coordinating contacts, developing schedules and assignments for the events
  • Organize the production and management of inventory of branded items such as collateral and giveaways for tradeshows, sales meetings, and events
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure consistent and appropriate marketing efforts and messaging
  • Other marketing projects and/or duties, as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing or related field required
  • Two years of related marketing experience required
  • HubSpot expertise and ability to leverage other media partners to support campaign execution including:
    • Marketing Automation experience
    • Email marketing
    • List segmentation
    • Implementation and integration knowledge
    • Email marketing experience
    • Lead nurturing experience
    • Demand Generation experience
    • A/B Testing best practices
    • Lead Scoring development and implementation
    • Workflow research and development
  • HubSpot or equivalent experience in marketing automation and/or digital campaign management software, certification preferred
  • Tradeshow and/or event planning experience preferred
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from experience in the field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Experience in a commercial and fast paced environment
  • Track record of achieving customer acquisition and retention goals and maximizing return on investment
