 The Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer will handle the management of our Network Operation Center in Dallas, TX.  The NOC is a new Zinwave offering to provide system wide monitoring for our customers.  This role will work with the VP of Operations to help establish best practices for the NOC and provide the highest level of customer support, including supporting customers remotely with troubleshooting, supporting our equipment, remote configuration of network components, and general network configuration duties.  This individual will be self-motivated with strong customer support skills and able to function in a fast-paced IT/NOC environment.  If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a positive team environment, Zinwave is a great place for you and we would very much like to meet you!

The Enterprise Business Development Representative (EBDR) will serve as the liaison between our Marketing, Inside sales and Area Sales VPs.  The role will seek new enterprise business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers to boost sales and contribute to the long-term business growth.  The EBDR will use strong communication skills to cultivate valuable relationships with customers through the process from first contact until the deal is closed and ensure proper after-sales service.
