Extending the boundaries of DAS capability

  • No infrastructure overlays for additional services

  • No additional components for new services

  • The only active DAS system to offer true Wideband over multi-mode fibre (MMF) but can also support single-mode fibre (SMF)

  • Supporting cable distances of more than 550m for MMF and more than 2000m for SMF

3000 Series DAS

The Zinwave 3000 Distributed Antenna System is an active wideband in-building DAS designed to provide RF coverage over any area, scalable up to the largest building complexes.  The system supports multiple wireless services irrespective of carrier frequency or signal protocols.

3000 PH + SH + RU

    • Dual or single star topology.
    • Four service inputs for each Primary Hub (PH) with inputs from either a base station (BTS) or an off-air repeater.
    • Module-based flexibility enabling mixed topologies.
    • Scalability allows up to 8 Secondary Hubs (SH) from a single Primary Hub and up to 8 Remote Units (RU) from a PH or SH.
    • Wide frequency range: 136 – 2700 MHz, everything from VHF radio to mobile WiMAX.
    • Four inputs on each SH allow the provision of primary link redundancy, or local service injection (such as WiFi).
    • High power RUs that can be connected by a choice of fibre or coaxial cable.
    • Self calibrating gain levels to accommodate different cable lengths to the antenna locations.
    • Built in Element Management System (EMS), that is supported with SNMP, providing web interface for monitoring and managing alarms.
    • Modular approach of system elements adds further flexibility, allowing each installation to “grow on demand”. This enables the system to be tailored to suit almost every environment and building topology in the most cost-effective way.
    • Flexible Service Distribution.
